2004-2005 FREEDOM CHEERLEADING, LLC

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

Hello. We are so excited to have you join our Freedom family. Below, you will find an outline of our membership policies. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask the front desk receptionist or call us at 324-6033.  We look forward to an exciting year.

  • Registration Fee:  All students must pay an annual registration fee of $25. This fee is due by September 1.  The first and second child in each family must pay the full amount.  Third, fourth, etc. children will NOT have to pay a registration fee [Maximum Amount per family = $50] A Freedom T-shirt will be ordered for each child when the registration fee is paid.

  • Registration/Medical Release Form:  Parents of all new students must fill out a 2004-2005 registration/medical release form. Former students need to complete a confirmation sheet verifying correct conformation. This will ensure that all emergency contacts and important information is current.

  • Monthly Payment: Full payment is due for EACH month by the 1st of the month. If payment is received after the 15th, a 10% late fee will be applied.  If a student is absent from class during the month, the missed class can be "made-up" at Open Gym.  If payment is not made in a timely manner, possible dismissal from class could occur. Monthly fees will not be prorated for any reason except for new members joining in the middle of the month. We accept checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and cash.  A payment box is available for you to "drop off" your payment by check.  Please see front desk if you need a receipt.

  • Spectator/Family Observation:  With the safety of our students as first priority, we ask for all parents and spectators to remain upstairs while class is in session. If you need to speak with a specific instructor, please ask at the front desk to see them. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from going upstairs, please see the receptionist for preferred seating downstairs.

  • Missed Classes:  Once you register for a class, a space is reserved especially for you.  If you are absent from class, you have the option to attend an Open Gym session on Saturday mornings. We will hold Open Gym twice a month during the school year (once a month during the summer) with two sessions per Open Gym date.  These dates will be posted in our monthly newsletter.  You must sign-up in advance with the receptionist as to which date and time you will attend. In order to keep our student to instructor ratio the best in town, we will no longer allow make-ups during regular scheduled classes.   If you choose to take a "leave of absence" (ie. summer vacation) for an extended period of time, please see our Office Manager to inform her of your date of departure and return date so we can keep a space reserved for you on our roster.  There is no extra charge for students who take a leave of absence.

  • Extra Practice:  Students are invited to attend an Open Gym session to work on skills.  These classes are on pre-scheduled Saturday mornings and are $5.00 each.  Also, individual/private lessons are available.

  • Holiday Observances: We will be closed for the following holidays:  Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Wed. –Sun.), week of Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day, and the week of the 4 th of July. Any classes missed due to these holiday closings can be made-up at Open Gym.  Monthly fees will NOT be discounted.  Please make arrangements to sign-up for Open Gym.

  • Discounts: Second and subsequent children discount = $10 off regular monthly fees. Cascade Hills Church Members discount = 10% off regular monthly fees.  Vision Martial Arts = 10% off regular monthly fees.  Please inform the receptionist of eligible discounts. One discount per child may apply to those who are eligible.

  • Lost & Found:  If you are missing an item, please check at front desk to see if it has been returned. Items left in Lost & Found will be kept at Freedom for one month.  After that time, item(s) will be donated to a local charity.
